We collect information about you when you apply for a trade account, place orders or enquiries via email or by telephone.  This information includes email addresses, telephone numbers, your name and address, and any other information that may be required to contact you for normal business purposes.

We may also collect information about you from third parties such as credit reference agencies when processing any trade account applications.

We collect information about you:

  • To process orders, including payment transactions
  • To advise any issues with regard to our services
  • For keeping our records up to date

For the general management of your account which includes providing Invoices and statements for your records.

 

Disclosing your Data

We will not disclose your personal details to anyone outside of Civil Solutions Ltd under normal trading circumstances without your instructions to do so.

This information may be required for the supply of materials but will be limited to your name, your address and contact telephone number.

However we will provide your details to our Debt Collection Agency should the need arise when non payment of a monthly credit account occurs.

There may be an instance where we are required by law to disclose your data, this maybe from a court hearing, The Police or another law enforcement agency who have instructed us to do so.

We have technical and organisation security measures in place to keep everything safe.  Our on site server is secure and any employees that need access to personal information for their duties are able to access this information.

We at Civil Solutions Ltd fully support the requirements of the Data Protection Act as well as the new requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).   We regularly review, develop and implement new policies to make sure any personal data that is collected is stored and disposed of by means compliant with those required by the GDPR.
